Live At James Bluesland

Sunday 22-8-2004

James Bluesland is in Kobe which is 40 minutes' drive from Osaka. James Bluesland is a three-story warehouse building converted to a live music venue. The place has a very modern decor and features Blues acts regularly.

On the night, there was an opening act, which was an acoustic duet called Bootee. Bootee's music is a mixture of Blues, Ragtime and Folk. They two gutiar players are really really good. They really great skills and their music was very impressive. They did a great version of John Lee Hooker's 'One Scotch, One Burbon, One Beer' and a great version of 'Trucking My Blues Away'.
